Teaching & Learning

Deliver age-appropriate, differentiated instruction in English, Math, and Science.

Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Foster critical thinking, creativity, and independence in students.

Integrate educational technology and hands-on learning experiences where appropriate.

Use assessment data to inform instruction and improve learning outcomes.

Classroom Management & Pastoral Care

Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

Promote social-emotional learning, good behavior, and personal responsibility.

Serve as the primary caregiver and first point of contact for students in their academic and personal development.

Monitor student well-being and communicate concerns as needed.

Assessment & Reporting

Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor progress.

Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.

Prepare and deliver academic reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.

Communication & Collaboration

Maintain professional and ongoing communication with parents and guardians.

Collaborate with subject specialists (e.g., Arabic, Islamic, PE, Art, Music, Inclusion) to support student learning and development.

Participate in team planning meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development sessions.

Work closely with the Assistant Head of Grades 1 & 2 to support curriculum delivery, classroom practices, and student progress.
