Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing floors and washing windows, ensuring every corner meets high cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions to maintain efficiency.
- Utilize specialized cleaning techniques for various surfaces, including carpets, upholstery, and delicate materials, to preserve their integrity.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.
- Implement eco-friendly cleaning practices by using sustainable products and reducing waste, contributing to a greener workplace.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, ensuring foundational literacy and numeracy skills for effective communication.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience in commercial or residential settings, showcasing reliability and skill.
- Certifications in cleaning techniques or safety protocols preferred, demonstrating commitment to industry standards.
- Experience with specialized cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers and industrial vacuums, to perform tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English or local language, ensuring clear communication with clients and team members.
