Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, and communal spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing or window washing, ensuring all equipment and products are used correctly for optimal results.
- Manage waste disposal effectively, segregating recyclables and hazardous materials according to local guidelines to promote sustainability.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions to ensure seamless operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning, ideally 1-2 years, showcasing familiarity with various cleaning techniques.
- Certifications in cleaning or health and safety standards are a plus, indicating a commitment to professional development.
- Experience in specialized cleaning tasks, such as deep cleaning or sanitization, to meet specific industry requirements.
