span>Cleaning Manager

Job Location : Saudi Arabiabr>
Key Responsibilities:br>
Supervise and manage day-to-day facility operations related to cleaning, housekeeping, and soft services.br> Lead and train staff to ensure high service standards and compliance with client requirements.br> Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.br> Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all service areas.br> Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence.br> Prepare reports, schedules, and quality inspection audits.br> br>Requirements:br>
Experience: Minimum 5 7 years in a facilities management or hospitality environment.br> Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-site operations.br> Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.br> Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.br> Immediate joiners preferred./span>
