Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, promoting a clean and healthy environment.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules tailored to specific areas, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with cleaning protocols.
  • Train and mentor cleaning staff on effective cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures to enhance team performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning management or facility maintenance is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.

  • Proven experience in managing teams effectively, with a track record of improving staff performance and morale.

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.

  • Oil & Gas field experience is relevant
