Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards to safeguard team and project integrity.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Review and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics, translating technical details into actionable tasks for the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of electrical principles.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision within commercial or industrial settings.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
