Cleaning Supervisor Duserve Facilities Management

The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that that the site assigned is clean and to the satisfaction of the customer by efficiently and effectively managing the entire team to achieve the desired goal within the defined policies and procedures.
The incumbent will supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in the buildings, hospitals, educational institutions, and similar establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. Put forward request of housekeeping supplies and equipment and take periodic inventories.
The incumbent is responsible to organize employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness.
Qualification
• Bachelor s degree in any business field desirable but not preferred.
• Possess a valid UAE driver s license desirable but not preferred
•
The incumbent must have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
Experience
• Minimum three (3) years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a facilities management or hospitality industry.
