Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in handling day-to-day employee relations matters
Maintain and update employee records and documentation
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Address employee queries and provide administrative HR support
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities
Prepare reports and maintain HR databases
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–5 years in Employee Relations / HR support role
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee relations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Availability: Immediate joiners only (no notice period)
