Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare birth notification as per the requirements of the ministry and ensure complete documentation.
- Collection of birth registration data & entry of birth demographics data and uploading relevant documents to MOH Portal.
- Getting consent from patient and clarifying patient queries.
- Printing and distribution of sick leaves, maternity leaves, and medical reports to patients through MOH sick leave portal in compliance with policies and procedures and MOH regulations.
- Maintain accountability of the day to day work.
- Ensures security and confidentiality of protected health information and patient records.
- Coordinate with Manager-Medical Director s Office to ensure smooth functioning of the Birth Registration Process.
- Follow up work assignments and/or work schedules in completing and performing tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Cooperates with interdepartmental personnel as well as other departments to assure that the services are properly maintained to meet the requirements of the organization and department.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager-Medical Director s Office.
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:
- 10+2 or Diploma from affiliated institute.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in long term care preferred.
- Affiliation to professional organization preferred.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
- MS Office and Typing Skills
- Customer Service
- Good knowledge of Arabic & English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Communication Skills & Interpersonal skill
