We are spearheading several exciting initiatives, taking on technical responsibilities for programme management, engineering oversight, and construction assurance. As part of our expanding footprint in the region, we are seeking a qualified Clerk of Works (Civil & Structural) to support the delivery and oversight of a key infrastructure package under our Technical Services Provider (TSP) contract. • Identify defects, non-conformances, and poor construction practices.

  • Raise inspection reports and NCRs where required.

  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure proper close-out.

Coordination with Construction Manager

  • Provide regular updates on site quality and progress issues.

  • Support the Construction Manager in identifying risks to programme caused by rework or quality issues.

  • Attend daily and weekly coordination meetings.

  • Highlight areas where sequencing or methodology may compromise quality.

Technical Liaison with Engineering Manager

  • Review technical drawings and revisions for constructability concerns.

  • Notify the Engineering Manager of discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.

  • Monitor implementation of technical queries (TQs/RFIs) and design changes.

  • Ensure only approved drawings are used for construction.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed site diaries and inspection records.

  • Record photographic evidence of progress and defects.
