- Performs the activities within the Raw Material, Pagoda and Finished Goods warehouse depending on the defined area of responsibility as for unloading, booking, scanning, storing, picking, labelling, sequencing, loading, etc.
- Inspects incoming goods in terms of quality and quantity and packaging damages
- Books goods receipts and goods issues in the ERP system
- Forwards goods shipments to employees or departments
- Stores the goods according to the released standards and storage conditions
- Picks goods for the internal production area or for goods delivery to the customer delivery to the production area or to the customer
- Performs shipment and picking list preparation and closure in the ERP system
- Prepares the shipping documents for the goods deliveries to the customer or the picking list for the internal plant transports
- Respects the customer-specific packaging regulations
- Declares the shipment for finished goods to the forwarder
- Prepares the delivery notes for the goods deliveries to the customer and internal plant traffic
- Manages and ensures the operational readiness of the technical equipment used in the material handling
- Ensures the accuracy of stocks and stock transfers
- Performs cycle count and stocktake according to the plan
- Ensures the proper storage conditions
- Reports procurement requirements for packaging materials and is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing packaging
- Ensures the customer packaging cleanliness
- Supports the non-returnable packaging collection and disposal
