Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle customer complaints and follow up on issue resolution
- Collect and organize customer feedback to help improve service processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer needs
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic (Chinese language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field
