Roles & Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Client Relationships:
  • Delivering an exceptional and unique in-store journey by creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and possessing solid product knowledge across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partnering with boutique and local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently and accurately capturing client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools, and exploring all follow-up opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence:
  • Consistently achieving and ideally exceeding sales targets, always adhering to retail guidelines.
  • Mastering the key moments of the sales ceremony.
  • Asking the right questions to engage customers, actively listening to their needs, and gathering the necessary information to secure sales and encourage repeat visits.
  • Handling negotiations and objections with ease and professionalism.
  • Assisting and supporting after-sales clients in accordance with our Brand's values, acting as a referent, and offering recommendations that ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Staying knowledgeable on industry news and competitors.
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador:
  • Communicating with passion about our Brand, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history, and possessing a strong capacity to tell a story that resonates with the customer.
  • Offering a detailed description of our Brand's pieces/collections (including construction, materials, care, and design) to reinforce its uniqueness.
  • Demonstrating broad knowledge of our Brand's collections to promote the uniqueness of our creations and adapting the approach to each customer.
  • Delivering Daily Boutique Operations:
  • Understanding and complying with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Brand, and boutique.
  • Assisting with the daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, and communicating any maintenance issues.
  • Assisting in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
  • Actively participating in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for and ensure a successful audit.
  • Assisting with special projects, as needed (e.g., price changes, supporting back-office responsibilities).

  • Experience in supporting daily boutique operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and general maintenance.
