Immediate Opportunity: Client Care Advisor 3-Month MissionAt CHANEL, we strive to deliver an unparalleled luxury experience to our clients worldwide. Our Client Care team plays a vital role in extending the boutique experience, offering seamless, personalized service with a human touch that is uniquely CHANEL.We are seeking a Client Care Advisor with a passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer service to join our team for a three-month mission, starting immediately. The Client Care Advisor will manage client interactions through calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for clients who are reaching to Boutiques across all divisions and E-commerce.Ideal candidates will have previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or client care, with a preference for those familiar with Salesforce. This role requires availability for five-day work weeks, including weekends and late shifts, and is based in Dubai Design District.
