1. Build and Launch an Iraq-Specific Education Funnel

• Create structured learning paths (beginner to advanced) for Iraqi retail traders.
• Integrate education touchpoints directly into acquisition funnels.

2. Content Strategy & Localization

• Oversee the production or adaptation of educational material (webinars, videos, articles) in Arabic and Kurdish.
• Ensure cultural relevance and regulatory compliance.

3. Convert Learners Into Clients

• Establish measurable workflows to move learners into demo and real-money accounts.
• Work closely with Sales to retarget high-engagement leads.

4. Host Webinars, Workshops & On-Ground Sessions

• Organize weekly/monthly sessions across key Iraqi cities and online.
• Track attendance, feedback, and acquisition outcomes.

5. Build and Manage a Learning Community

• Launch and moderate groups on Telegram, WhatsApp, or Facebook.
• Encourage discussion, Q&A, and mentorship to strengthen retention.

6. Reporting & Continuous Optimization

• Define and track KPIs such as lead volume per session, learner-to-client conversion, and CPL via education.
• Refine funnels based on performance and feedback.
