Roles & Responsibilities
The Client Engagement Manager acts as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and expectations
- Develop briefs, timelines, and scopes of work
- Coordinate creative, digital, and production teams
- Monitor project delivery, budgets, and KPIs
- Support proposal development and presentations
- Use AI tools for planning, reporting, content structuring, and research
- Proactively identify risks and propose solutions

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
