Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated Client Experience Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional service experience.
Your responsibilities include:
1) Assisting clients with service inquiries and bookings
2) Guiding them through our process and available options
3) Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
4) Managing feedback and maintaining a high level of satisfaction
- Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is preferred
