Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and drive growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, performance metrics, and upcoming opportunities to clients.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients on new products or services to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base and foster relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relations or account management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic English is a must
