Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Client Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in managing strategic client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving client retention and growth. This individual serves as the primary liaison between high-value clients and internal operations teams, championing client needs, resolving issues proactively, and identifying opportunities to enhance service experience and value.


Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships and ensuring satisfaction with emergency assistance services.

Account Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, understanding client needs, service usage patterns, and business goals to align support accordingly.

Client Engagement: In person or virtual, conduct regular client meetings and orientation sessions to enhance product awareness.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to resolve escalated client concerns and ensure timely, effective service delivery.

Contract Management: Responsible for contract renewals and amendments in coordination with legal and commercial teams.

Business Development: Identify and execute cross-sell or upsell opportunities and proposal development for new services or expansions.

Insights & Reporting: Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve products, services, and operational protocols.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all client services are delivered in line with regulatory, ethical, and company standards, especially in sensitive or high-risk emergency situations.

After Working Hours Duties: Answer clients and/or AA team calls and urgent emails whenever necessary.

Travel Duties: The ability to travel at any time, even during weekends and holidays, for clients visits in the region.



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred.

7+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer success, preferably in insurance, or emergency assistance sectors.

Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes client relationships and resolve issues under pressure.

Strong understanding of emergency response environments, including travel or medical assistance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Motivated and sales driven who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results

Data-driven with strong presentation and analytical capabilities.

Able to travel frequently for client visits in the MENA region.
