Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Onboarding the new accounts, and reviewing their contract and invoices. Creating the account checklist and implementing it. Holding an awareness session to activate the client on Beyond services. Building strong relations with the clients and surveying their satisfaction. Following up on the payments. Handling the client's day-to-day requests and inquiries. Monitoring the consumption and loss ratios, and taking actions accordingly. Handling the renewal process.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of experience in the same field.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Very Good command of MS Office.
  • Very Good command of English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Executor and Organizer.
  • Strong client service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 Years of experience in the same field.

Bachelor's degree.

Very Good command of MS Office.

Very Good command of English.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
