Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Onboarding the new accounts, and reviewing their contract and invoices. Creating the account checklist and implementing it. Holding awareness sessions to activate the client on Beyond services. Building strong relationships with the clients and surveying their satisfaction. Following up on the payments. Handling the client's day-to-day requests and inquiries. Monitoring the consumption and loss ratios, and taking actions accordingly. Handling the renewal process.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Medical Background (Pharmacist).
- Very Good command of MS Office.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation & presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Very Good command of English.
