Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes to foster client loyalty.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and relationship-building activities to deepen connections and understand evolving needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive first experience with the company's services.
  • Maintain detailed client records and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure cohesive client service and support.
  • Prepare client-facing reports and presentations, conveying key information and insights effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, contributing to revenue growth and client value.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT) and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Organize and participate in client events, webinars, and training sessions to enhance client engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide valuable insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Possesses the physical ability to sit for extended periods and travel occasionally for client meetings.
