Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that align with client needs.

Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding business relationships.

Track client feedback and provide insights for service improvements.

Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain a high level of customer service.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IT solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in IT services or consulting.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Understanding of IT solutions and technology-driven business strategies is a plus.
