Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that align with client needs.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding business relationships.

  • Track client feedback and provide insights for service improvements.

  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain a high level of customer service.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IT solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in IT services or consulting.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Understanding of IT solutions and technology-driven business strategies is a plus.
