Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Russian and Arabic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, updates, and proactive communication to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions, products, or services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chat) with clients, providing clear, concise, and professional responses in all three languages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications in customer service or client relationship management (e.g., CCNA, CRM certification).
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles within the financial services or hospitality industries.
  • Exhibits fluency in Russian, Arabic, and English (written and spoken), with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
