Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support across all functions Assist in servicing clients on an ongoing basis in a timely and efficient manner Manage and maintain the Manager’s calendar Arrange client meetings, including scheduling, booking meeting rooms, and confirming client attendance Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, records, and files in a clear and well-presented manner Liaise with internal departments and functions to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines Complete documentation and manage the onboarding process efficiently Follow up on premium collections Handle additional ad hoc tasks as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Committed, reliable, and willing to learn
