Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

Account Management full accountability in serving clients, building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring interactions between clients and consultant partners happen effectively and seamlessly to provide informed decisions.
Adhering to Golden Apple DWC LLC compliance policies and implementing these on an ongoing basis.
Cold Calling and vetting industry specialists prior to sending recommendations to clients on projects.
Understanding clients research needs and pitching different products and services depending on the requirements of each project.
Establishing and building strong professional relationships with our consultant partners.
Work closely with Associate Recruiters to source leads and outsource recruitment on a case by case basis.
Team collaboration and growth mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelors or higher degree from a leading university or previous work experience as an Account / Project Manager.
3-5 years experience in a client facing or account management role.
Strong knowledge and previous experience using Salesforce.
Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
Client centric and problem solving attitude.
Entrepreneurial Mindset with ability to multi task in a faced paced environment.
Proven track record in proactive outreach and client relationship management.
