Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Account Management full accountability in serving clients, building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring interactions between clients and consultant partners happen effectively and seamlessly to provide informed decisions.
  • Adhering to Golden Apple DWC LLC compliance policies and implementing these on an ongoing basis.
  • Cold Calling and vetting industry specialists prior to sending recommendations to clients on projects.
  • Understanding clients research needs and pitching different products and services depending on the requirements of each project.
  • Establishing and building strong professional relationships with our consultant partners.
  • Work closely with Associate Recruiters to source leads and outsource recruitment on a case by case basis.
  • Team collaboration and growth mindset.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or higher degree from a leading university or previous work experience as an Account / Project Manager.
  • 3-5 years experience in a client facing or account management role.
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience using Salesforce.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
  • Client centric and problem solving attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset with ability to multi task in a faced paced environment.
  • Proven track record in proactive outreach and client relationship management.
