Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Management: 
 Own relationships with founders, CEOs, and department heads driving conversations around business growth, team design, and hiring strategy.
- Upsell & Expansion: 
 Identify opportunities to expand accounts by aligning our staffing solutions with clients evolving goals.
- Client Onboarding: 
 Lead new client onboarding calls, ensuring alignment between client goals, processes, and our delivery team.
- Retention & Success: 
 Proactively monitor client satisfaction, anticipate challenges, and ensure issues are resolved before they escalate.
- Operational Rigor: 
 Keep client data clean, up-to-date, and actionable in HubSpot and Asana.
- Business Insight: 
 Develop a deep understanding of client organizations, their revenue models, and hiring plans to serve as a trusted strategic partner.
- Ad-hoc & Executive Calls: 
 Be available to attend ad-hoc meetings to address client requests and concerns, providing tailored solutions as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 3 5 years in client success or consulting.
Business Acumen: You understand how companies make money, how teams are structured, and how talent fits into growth strategy.
Communication: You can simplify complex ideas, challenge clients respectfully, and communicate confidently with executives.
Speed & Execution: You re fast. You process information quickly, make decisions, and don t need hand-holding.
Problem-Solving: You anticipate issues, fix them before they grow, and always know what the next move should be.
Tools: Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana, ClickUp), and Slack.
You speak quickly. Yes, this is an actual thing we care about.
