Company overview:
Pentabell is seeking a skilled Success Manager, for one of its clients in the Banking sector. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, and representing Visa s best-in-class service standards in Kuwait.

Position:
Client Success Manager

Summary:
Support clients during the transition phase of Visa's new local office opening in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in Kuwait, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and proactive service delivery.
Support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing management of Visa s products and services with clients.
Act as a liaison between Visa and clients, ensuring smooth resolution of operational, technical, or service-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Risk) to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
Monitor client performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to optimize value and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or payments/financial services
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial institutions, and merchant dynamics in the GCC
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams
