Overall objective
To provide a complete, efficient and timely support to our customers through the investigation of software requirements problems on our Back Office application.
Build working relationships with the existing team and customers, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and comply with Linedata's goals and commitments to its customers.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position are mainly:
Manage the customer relationship on a daily basis, and deal with the customer's technical teams.
Conduct necessary investigations and provide advice and solutions to client problems.
Proactive management of problems my open clients assigned daily.
Provide support to meet the contractual obligations of the service.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer activities, workflow and other procedures and document if necessary.
  • The incumbent may gradually be led to carry out other tasks more developmentally oriented in their field of activity.
Provision of Support:
  • European customers. Standard hours.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with an extended team: Remote.
Skills Required
Technical knowledge:
  • Oracle Databases: Oracle SQL Developer Tool; PL/SQL; Good knowledge of the main concepts. To be able to troubleshoot a stock process.
  • XML support for XML interfaces built around the solution.
  • PowerBuilder: A good knowledge of the framework is a plus.
Business knowledge:
  • You need to be able to understand the workflow of Transfer Agency Clients in order to be able to talk to them in the event of a problem:
o Basic knowledge of the transfer agent profession: shareholder/investor registers; subscriptions/redemptions; notions of funds, fund units, types of fund units;
o Regulatory aspects and compliance (AML, FATCA)
o Specificity of the customer workflow.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in a similar Oracle PL/SQL support or development role.
  • Good investigative and diagnostic skills; will be willing to learn; Proactive and good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the transfer agent and PowerBuilder business would be a plus.
  • Fluent French, English good basics.
