Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support, excellent communication skills in Hindi , Arabic and English, and a strong ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.

Requirements:
