Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups to optimize clinician availability.
- Maintain accurate patient records, billing information, and confidential documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians, and external partners to facilitate efficient care delivery.
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training on clinic protocols, customer service, and administrative systems.
- Monitor inventory of medical and office supplies, placing orders as needed to support uninterrupted clinic operations.
- Assist with onboarding new staff and ensuring all administrative policies and procedures are followed.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, patient flow, and administrative metrics to management.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to promote clinic services and enhance community engagement.
