Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff and specialists.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Process billing, payments, and insurance information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Support clinic operations by coordinating with medical, therapy, and administrative teams.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues to management or clinical staff as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinic, medical office, or healthcare administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional demeanor with a focus on patient service and confidentiality.

Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Ability to work full-time, on-site, and maintain punctuality.
