Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff and specialists.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Process billing, payments, and insurance information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Support clinic operations by coordinating with medical, therapy, and administrative teams.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to management or clinical staff as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinic, medical office, or healthcare administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with a focus on patient service and confidentiality.
Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Ability to work full-time, on-site, and maintain punctuality.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and payments.
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and clinic needs.
