Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure seamless patient care and staff coordination, maintaining a positive environment.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and comply with healthcare regulations.
  • Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance, including cost control measures and revenue cycle management.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to foster a high level of professionalism and patient-centered care.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between physicians, staff, and patients, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality and patient experience.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the clinic is equipped with necessary tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and staff training sessions.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure the clinic meets accreditation standards and best practice guidelines.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CMM, CAHIMS) is highly desirable to validate expertise.
  • Proven track record in budget management and financial oversight, ideally within a clinical setting.
  • Experience with patient management systems and electronic health records to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and conflict resolution in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for fostering positive relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing healthcare environments and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Culturally competent with a sensitivity to diverse patient populations and a commitment to inclusivity.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred to enhance patient communication.
