Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Manage staffing requirements, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to create a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and comply with healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain financial oversight by preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field; Master's preferred for advanced leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CHC, CMPE) is a significant advantage and demonstrates commitment to the field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, with the ability to create and manage budgets effectively.
