Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and optimal resource allocation to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures, guaranteeing adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Manage the clinic's financial performance, including budget preparation, expense control, and revenue cycle management to ensure profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or similar credentials.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in clinic management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of medical practices and regulations.
