Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure seamless workflow and patient care delivery.
- Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for clinical teams to optimize efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to clinical operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and company guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in a clinical coordination or healthcare operations role.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
