Responsibilities and Duties: 

Teach/supervise/assess students at the clinical/laboratory/classroom settings to achieve the designated course objectives.

Participate in skills lab demonstrations, simulated learning activities, and assessments in coordination with instructors.

Work closely with faculty to plan clinical teaching strategies that will increase the student s ability to meet clinical skill requirements.

Assist in developing formal lab and clinical skill assessments to meet the course outcomes.

Provide feedback and evaluate student skills assessments in coordination with faculty.

Assist in developing and implementing clinically based scenarios for simulation/practice.

Maintain records of student attendance and clinical performance.

Ensure students compliance with the healthcare settings standards of safety regulations, standards of practice, and code of conduct.

Perform other duties assigned by HoD.

Adhere to UoB professional standard of practice.

Promote collegiality among the member of work profession.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor s degree from a recognized university/institution in the field of specialization.

At least 2-3 yrs. of experience in the field of specialization.

Outstanding organizing and detail-oriented skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The capacity to function both alone and as a part of a team.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
