We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud and VMware Engineer to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of our virtualized and cloud-based environments. This role requires technical expertise in cloud services and VMware technologies, and a commitment to driving excellence in IT services.

1- Manage and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtualized workloads.

2- Install, configure, and administer VMware NSX. environments with a strong focus on troubleshooting network virtualization, routing, and firewall policies.

3- Perform upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management across ESXi, vCenter, and NSX. components.

4- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux operating systems, including installation, patching, upgrades, user management, and performance tuning.

5- Administer Dell SC and Dell EMC Unity storage systems, including implementation, configuration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

6- Configure, and manage Veeam Backup & Replication solutions, including job scheduling, replication, restores, and backup strategy optimization.

7- Maintain secure, up-to-date server environments and integrate with virtualization and backup systems.

8- Monitor system health and performance using VMware Aria Suite, Site24x7, and native monitoring tools, taking proactive measures to prevent downtime.

9- Engage directly with internal teams and external clients to provide troubleshooting, technical support, and issue resolution across virtualization, storage, backup, and network layers.

• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Very Good Command in English
