Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Red Hat OpenShift architecture ensuring scalability, security, and high availability across multiple data centers.
• Define infrastructure topology, network segmentation, and storage integration aligned with enterprise standards.
• Oversee end-to-end OpenShift deployment, integration with LDAP/AD, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.
• Implement governance, RBAC, OAuth, and security compliance with CIS and NCA benchmarks.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and DevOps teams to optimize performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and partner with vendors for solution validation and best practices.
• Provide documentation, technical training, and knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.
• Support automation through Ansible, Helm, and GitOps practices to streamline cluster management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift / Kubernetes architecture and administration.
• Proven expertise in container networking, CNI plugins, and multi-cluster connectivity.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks (Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD), and GitOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Language proficiency: English (required); Arabic is an added advantage.
