Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and day-to-day operations of B2B Cloud platforms (Dell & VMware infrastructure)
- Proactive monitoring, supervision, and incident resolution
- Coordination with Broadcom and Dell EMC support teams
- Backup management (Commvault where applicable)
- Datacenter interventions as required (hardware checks, reboots, etc.)
- Application of security patches across VMware, Windows, and Linux environments
- Participation in safety audits and implementation of recommendations
- Contribution to infrastructure enhancement and development projects
- Preparation of monitoring reports and operational dashboards
Required Skills
- VMware vCenter & ESXi
- vCloud Director
- vCloud Availability (vCAV)
- NSX (NSX Advanced Load Balancer preferred but not mandatory)
- VMware Aria Universal Suite
