Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an IT Specialist (Cloud & Infrastructure) to provide hands-on support for its IT systems and cloud environments. Reporting to the IT Lead, this role focuses on system administration, monitoring, compliance, and optimization to ensure reliable operations and secure infrastructure. br>

Cloud & Systems Administration

  • Support AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SES, Redis, CloudWatch, ELB) and Azure (App Services, servers,
  • networking, Redis).
  • Administer TSPlus, HAProxy, OwnCloud, and hybrid Windows/Linux environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications.
  • Implement and maintain cloud-native backup, recovery, and scaling strategies.

Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor cloud performance and availability using Zabbix and cloud-native tools.
  • Troubleshoot performance, availability, and security issues.
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts through analysis and recommendations.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement security policies and procedures for PCI compliance.
  • Manage secure access (OpenVPN/Pritunl).
  • Assist in preparing system documentation for compliance audits.

Collaboration & Support

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users.
  • Document processes, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with IT Lead and cross-functional teams on process improvements.
  • Stay current with IT best practices and emerging technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years in cloud operations or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of TSPlus, HAProxy, OwnCloud, VPNs, monitoring tools, Active Directory, TCPIP, DNS.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent documentation and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • AWS or Azure certifications.
  • PCI compliance experience.
  • Exposure to automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
