Core Responsibilities of Cloud & AI Infrastructure CSA (CSA GD)
1. Drive Azure Consumption & Modernization
Lead migration and modernization of customer workloads to Azure, ensuring optimized architecture for performance, security, and cost.
Deliver AI-ready infrastructure to support large-scale AI adoption and innovation.
2. Unified Delivery & Factory Oversight
Ensure repeatable delivery across accounts to achieve targeted outcomes at each stage of the MCEM cycle.
Provide oversight for Unified and Factory engagements, ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Technical Leadership & Solution Plays
Execute solution plays such as:
o Migrate and Modernize Your Estate
o Unify Your Data Platform with Governance and Security
o Innovate with Azure AI Apps and Agents
Act as a technical orchestrator, aligning customer priorities with scalable cloud and AI solutions.
4. Risk Management & Compliance
Implement proactive resiliency and security measures for Azure environments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements during infrastructure transformation.
5. Customer Engagement & Influence
Own the Azure Consumption Plan, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with CSAMs and STU teams to drive next-best actions and generate incremental pipeline.
Serve as a trusted advisor for infrastructure and AI readiness.
6. Skilling & IP Contribution
Maintain technical intensity through certifications and role immersion programs.
Contribute to IP development and share best practices across the CSA community.
