Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of cloud infrastructure components effectively.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency in the cloud environment.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance to ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance continuously.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-related incidents and service requests.
  • Engage in capacity planning and service scaling strategies based on system requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing services.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support critical cloud infrastructure issues timely.
  • Design and lead initiatives to optimize system performance and billing for cloud services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Previous hands-on experience as a Cloud Support Engineer or similar role required.
  • Proficiency in using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within a cloud environment effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude are essential.
  • Certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
