Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to customers on AWS best practices, architecture design, and cost optimization strategies, empowering them to maximize their cloud investment.
- Investigate and diagnose incidents, escalating to specialized teams when necessary, while maintaining clear and concise communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
- Proactively monitor customer environments for potential issues, identifying and mitigating risks before they impact service availability, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical principles.
- Holds relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator), demonstrating a commitment to AWS expertise.
- Has 3-5 years of experience in IT support or cloud computing, showcasing practical experience in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including virtualization, networking, and security, providing a comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure.
