Morgan Philips Group , the digital headhunting company, is currently recruiting a CloudOps Operation Manager (M/F) based in Casablanca , on behalf of one of its clients, a leading international SaaS publisher , specializing in critical technological solutions for major B2B accounts.
Main missions
Reporting to the CloudOps department, you will be responsible for operating core applications (ArgonOS, NP6, CRM, etc.) in a high-availability environment. You will manage incident management, production deployment, and system performance in coordination with internationally distributed teams, within a 24/7 operational framework.
Responsibilities
Management of application operations:
Supervise production launch, version upgrades, and maintenance in operational conditions.
Ensure complete incident management: detection, processing (levels 1, 2 and 3), resolution.
Coordinate the CloudOps team responsible for application operations with a view to continuous availability.
Monitoring & supervision:
Implement monitoring tools and ensure their effectiveness (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Track key indicators: incident rate, MTTR, availability, SLA.
Manage on-call duties, documentation, critical alerts and improvement plans.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with the R&D, Product and Support teams.
Participate in defining deployment and change management processes.
Provide technical expertise on the continuous optimization of application operations.
Desired profile
Bac+5 in engineering, IT or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in application operations or CloudOps in critical environments.
Very good mastery of cloud environments (Azure, OVH, AWS), supervision, and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible).
Solid understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and virtualized systems.
Experience in managing technical teams 24/7.
Leadership, rigor, method and sense of service.
Fluent French required – professional English is an asset.
