Key Responsibilities
Deliver bespoke, high-end service experiences to Club InterContinental guests.
Welcome, recognize, and engage VIPs, elite members, and repeat guests with genuine warmth.
Oversee private check-in and check-out services directly in the lounge.
Maintain comprehensive guest preference profiles to personalize interactions and services.
Anticipate and respond to special requests, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Foster guest loyalty through consistent engagement and attention to detail.
Supervise daily lounge operations, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
Ensure ambiance, service standards, and presentation reflect InterContinental brand quality.
Coordinate closely with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Front Office to maintain operational excellence.
Monitor inventory, maintain records, and manage reports for all lounge activities.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and aesthetic standards at all times.
Lead, train, and mentor Club Lounge team members to deliver anticipatory luxury service.
Conduct daily briefings, appraisals, and service audits.
Cultivate a culture of empowerment, professionalism, and continuous learning.
Support team morale, development, and career progression through coaching and recognition.
Manage lounge budgets and control expenses effectively.
Track guest satisfaction, revenue performance, and team productivity metrics.
Prepare detailed monthly operational and performance reports.
Support the implementation of upselling and loyalty program initiatives.
Ensure all Club InterContinental standards and SOPs are followed precisely.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to promote Club bookings and exclusive offers.
Serve as the brand guardian for the Club Lounge, ensuring a consistent luxury experience aligned with IHG values.

Ideal Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
3 5 years of experience in luxury hotel guest relations, club lounge, or front office operations.
At least 1 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Russian are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS and IHG systems (e.g., Concerto).
Attention to detail, discretion, and a polished professional presence.
