Position Overview
InterContinental Doha The City is seeking a Club Lounge Supervisor to lead the operations of its exclusive VIP guest lounge. This role focuses on creating a personalized and seamless luxury experience for high-profile guests by delivering impeccable service, managing a professional team, and maintaining the ambiance and standards expected of a world-class hospitality brand.

What You ll Do
* Oversee daily Club Lounge operations and ensure VIP guests receive exceptional service.
* Respond to guest inquiries and manage any complaints with professionalism and care.
* Monitor staff performance and ensure team knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
* Uphold all brand service standards and quality benchmarks across the Club Lounge.
* Ensure availability and proper replenishment of guest amenities and supplies.
* Maintain a polished and professional atmosphere in the lounge at all times.
* Comply with safety, hygiene, and fire regulations in accordance with hotel policies.
* Support environmentally conscious practices and contribute to sustainability goals.
* Perform any additional responsibilities delegated by the Lounge Manager.
Ideal Profile
* Previous supervisory experience in a VIP lounge, front desk, or guest relations setting.
* In-depth understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a guest-centric approach.
* Familiarity with local cultural etiquette, major Doha landmarks, and guest preferences.
* Professional grooming, discretion, and a warm, confident demeanor.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
