Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all members and guests.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold club standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Manage club budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to achieve revenue and cost targets.
  • Coordinate and promote a wide range of recreational, wellness, and social activities tailored to the needs of club members.
  • Ensure all club facilities, equipment, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering strong relationships and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute successful club events and promotional activities.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all club operations.
  • Continuously assess club performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the member experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in club management, hospitality, or recreational facility operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events and activities for diverse groups.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to club operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using club management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by club operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
