Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role Summary
    The Club Operations Specialist will act as the main coordination point between members, clients, and operational teams. This role is essential in managing daily requests, documenting insights, coordinating events, and ensuring all operational issues are efficiently captured and resolved. If you enjoy being at the heart of operations and delivering outstanding service, this role is for you.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and clients, handling inquiries, event requests, and service-related issues.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and execution of club events, ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
  • Log client issues or requests and create support tickets for maintenance or operational teams while ensuring timely follow up.
  • Maintain detailed records of events, issues, client interactions, and prepare reports on resolutions and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2 5 years of experience in operations, event coordination, or client service preferably within sports, recreation, or hospitality.
    Strong background in customer service with excellent problem solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
