Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Director of HR Cluster is responsible for leading the people strategy, operations, and compliance across multiple properties, ensuring full alignment with company standards and local labour regulations and government requirements in Egypt.
This role will oversee pre-opening HR setup, employee lifecycle, and government relations, ensuring a compliant, structured, and high-performing workforce across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR strategy and operations across the cluster, supporting both pre-opening and ongoing operations
Drive end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, talent pipelines, and seasonal hiring
Manage pre-opening HR setup, including hiring plans, onboarding structure, and team readiness
Implement structured onboarding plans to ensure smooth integration of new joiners
Monitor turnover rates and use exit interviews to identify trends and improve retention
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including probation, performance management, and employee relations
Support managers with clear performance frameworks, KPIs, and expectations
Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning
Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and corporate HR standards
Maintain strong documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
Partner with corporate HR to ensure consistency across properties
Build and lead HR teams, driving performance, structure, and accountability
Support training and development initiatives to strengthen team capability
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in multi-property or cluster HR roles
- Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Experience with pre-opening setup and seasonal hiring
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, retention, and performance management
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
